Seminar Description

The NBAA 11th Annual Tax Conference is designed to provide a basis for understanding how the appropriate tax laws apply to a particular aviation operation. The first day of the Conference emphasizes issues such as aircraft registration, ownership and leasing options, application and enforcement of the FARs and insurance. A separate payment is required for this two-day Conference, which includes registration for the NBAA Convention and Static Display of Aircraft.

State Tax Workshop—Issue Spotting and Trends

This portion of the NBAA Tax Forum will concentrate on tax issues in Florida, New York, California, Texas, and Illinois and new developments in several other states relating to state and local sales and use and property taxes
